Return Policy

Every item is custom made to your specific requirements at the time of ordering. You will receive image updates of your item at various stages of it's creation to approve and consent to before the next stage is begun and as such, all sales are final. If your jewelry is damaged or lost in transit or there was a difference in the item you purchased and the item you received, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item so we may resolve the issue. In the event that a refund is the authorized method of resolution, you will receive a full refund minus the shipping and return shipping fees once the item has been returned to us. All returns must be in new unworn condition with all tags, boxes, and any other prop it was shipped with. Due to health regulations, earrings are not returnable or refundable.
