We ship FedEx by default. Let us know if you have an alternate delivery speed or carrier you would like to use. All items receive a tracking number and are insured for the full value of the item in case of damage or loss. Should you not receive a tracking number for your item, please contact us immediately so we may look into it. If you do not receive your item or it is damaged in transit please contact us within 48 hours of receipt or of expected delivery date so we may resolve the issue.
